1. Who we are and what these terms cover

CoreCharge Cloud is operated by CoreCharge Cloud (Shenzhen) AI Technology Co., Ltd. These terms cover corecharge.cloud and its public content, including the news center. Contact and registered details appear at the end of this document.

Merchant use of dashboard.corecharge.cloud is addressed in the Merchant SaaS Terms. A consumer renting a power bank contracts with the identified local rental operator under that operator’s rental terms. These website terms do not replace a merchant service contract or local consumer rental conditions.

2. Business information and quotations

Product images, examples, articles, pilot offers and technical information support business evaluation. Device specifications, certifications, payment eligibility, prices, taxes, shipping, warranty and deployment scope must be confirmed in the written quotation or agreement for your project.

Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote or following the merchant login link does not itself place a purchase order, create a payment account or guarantee merchant onboarding. We will confirm the applicable service scope and commercial terms before activation.

3. Permitted use and intellectual property

You may read, share links to and use website information for legitimate evaluation of a business project. You must not interfere with website availability, seek unauthorized access, submit malicious material, impersonate another person or use contact forms for unsolicited bulk messages.

The CoreCharge Cloud name, logo, website design and original content belong to us or our licensors. Sharing a link does not grant a right to copy a full article, rebrand our materials, redistribute software or use a third party’s marks. Contact us if you need permission to reproduce materials.

4. Third-party services and links

The website may link to the merchant dashboard, WhatsApp, payment providers, video platforms or other external services. Their own terms and privacy information apply to their activities. Availability of a third-party service depends on its provider, location and eligibility rules.

News articles describe possible business and technical approaches. They are not a guarantee of payment approval, investment returns, legal compliance or success in every market.

5. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains inquiry and account data, and our Cookie Policy explains website storage and advertising measurement. Providing contact details for an inquiry permits us to respond to that request; it is not consent to every form of marketing. Where consent is needed for marketing, we obtain it separately and allow withdrawal.

6. Changes, responsibility and mandatory rights

We may correct content and update these website terms with a version and publication date. A change to website information does not retrospectively change a signed merchant agreement. Material merchant contract changes follow the notice and acceptance process in that agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes a liability or a right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Contractual liability limits and dispute arrangements for purchased services belong in the signed service agreement, not an implied website quotation.
