Partner API contract skeleton

The downloadable OpenAPI YAML file is the machine-readable source for developer tools. It contains reusable business schemas but deliberately declares no production paths or servers.

This lets product and engineering teams agree on terminology before endpoint design begins:

  • Station observation.
  • Rental evidence.
  • Payment evidence reference.
  • Return evidence.
  • Exception review state.
  • Evidence status and freshness.

Publishing a schema is not the same as enabling an API. Production paths, authorization scopes, rate limits, tenant rules and provider dependencies require a separately approved partner release.
