The Hong Kong company may collect payment on behalf of the Shenzhen seller for a specified order where the arrangement is authorised in writing by the seller, documented in the order and payment instructions, and accepted in writing by the customer.
How order payments are agreed
Appointment of a collection entity does not change the contractual seller. The Shenzhen seller remains responsible for delivery, warranty, after-sales support and refunds under the agreed sales contract.
The agreed order documents and written collection authorisation must identify the seller, the collection entity, the order, the bank beneficiary and the payment instructions. They must state how amounts actually received in the designated account are credited towards the buyer’s payment obligation for that order.
Customers should review and accept the arrangement before making payment. If your procurement rules require an identical seller and payment recipient, contact us before confirming the order. This general disclosure does not replace order-specific authorisation or establish approval by a customer, bank or payment platform.
Platform services and data roles
A collection role does not change the party to an existing SaaS agreement or the data-processing roles stated in the applicable service order, Privacy Policy and DPA. It does not by itself authorise access to a merchant’s rental records.
Any disclosure of business contact, order or payment-reconciliation information for a collection arrangement must be limited to the necessary purpose and documented for that arrangement before disclosure.
Company and payment enquiries
For company details or questions about a proposed order’s payment arrangements, contact our team. Bank instructions and order-specific authorisation are provided through the agreed order documents.
