A CE or FCC check should end with a precise statement: which record, which model, which configuration and which market decision it supports. It should not end with “the factory is certified.” This checklist is for buyers screening shared power banks and rental stations before technical acceptance or shipment.
The Factory B evidence section publishes exact first-page previews for cabinet models BST-0291, BST-0291G and BST-0291K, power bank model BST-0156, and FCC equipment records for BST-0155 and BST-0156. The preview set is model-bound and must not be extended to other SKUs.

2. Match the exact identifier
For the public Factory B set, keep the following model boundaries visible:

- CTB25121205306 and CTB25121205307 list BST-0156.
- FCC ID 2BVUD-BST0155 lists BST-0155.
- FCC ID 2BVUD-BST0156 lists BST-0156.
3. Check configuration-changing components
Compare radio module, antenna, battery, cable, power adapter, display and enclosure options with the complete record. A change in a component or suffix may require a new scope review even when the product name looks similar.
4. Check the responsible parties
Record the applicant, grantee or holder, supplier, exporter and importer. Confirm the relationship between them and who is responsible for labels, technical files, declarations and market communication.
5. Check dates and current status
The public previews list dates from 2026-01-15 through 2026-05-13. Procurement acceptance should use the complete current files and official status where available, not only the preview image or website date.
6. Add battery, transport and destination checks
CE-related or FCC records do not replace battery and transport records or destination-country obligations. Confirm the actual shipping configuration and local importer requirements before dispatch.
Decision rule
Proceed only when the ordered SKU and configuration match the complete record, responsible entity and intended market use. Keep the item open when a suffix, module, applicant, date, label or importer relationship is unclear.
