Check the exact model in your quotation. Features of the BST range do not automatically apply to every model in this catalogue.
What do the screen and printed-panel options mean?
Compact 8-slot and 12-slot options are available with or without a top advertising screen. The standard 10.1-inch screen is an advertising display, not a touchscreen; a printed acrylic panel is not an electronic display. Supported screen models use supplied remote media-management tools, which may be separate from the rental dashboard. Scheduling, resolution and media formats depend on the configuration.
What is supplied with the BST-0155 power bank?
BST-0155 has a nominal cell capacity of 8,000mAh at 3.7V (29.6Wh), with USB-C, Lightning and Micro-USB cables. Usable output capacity is lower because of conversion and losses. Returned banks are recognised and recharged; the next rental follows station settings and is not necessarily at 100% charge. Current replacement pricing for 1–99 BST-0155 banks is USD 12 each, excluding branding and freight; your written quotation confirms the supply.
Which models support Wi-Fi and 4G fallback?
BST-0332 and BST-0333 configurations support Wi-Fi and 4G. Fallback requires a compatible active SIM, correct settings and coverage; it does not cover power loss or failure of both networks. The standard BST-0265 option is 4G-only. Confirm the modem, bands and destination before selecting a SIM.
Can I use my own SIM, and what does optional data cost?
You can use compatible venue Wi-Fi or a locally sourced compatible SIM instead of buying our optional data service. The currently offered SIM/data service is USD 30 per station per year; allowance, partner networks and renewal terms are confirmed for the plan and destination. We can preinstall our SIM; your own SIM may need installation and APN setup.
What warranty and on-site maintenance should I plan for?
The standard warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery, subject to the order’s written terms and applicable rights. Remote diagnosis normally comes first. Wear, battery ageing, misuse, liquid/impact damage, theft and loss are not manufacturing defects. Replacement freight, whole-unit returns, DOA reporting periods and non-warranty parts/work are specified in the quotation or PI. Your team handles venue assistance, cleaning and replenishment. Standard countertop models need protected conditions unless an outdoor rating is expressly specified.
