Three venues can be close on a map and still be difficult to service together. A reception desk may accept deliveries only in the morning, a restaurant may be inaccessible during preparation, and the last return point may close before customers finish their evening. A Croatian power-bank pilot needs a service route that respects those practical constraints.
The deliverable is a route sheet for the operator: which stations to visit, what to carry, what to inspect and who signs off unresolved issues. Start with a manageable group of staffed venues and expand when that routine works.
Clear the payment-access gate first
Stripe’s Croatia Terminal guidance currently labels the country integration Private preview and specifies EUR with a Croatian account and reader Location. WisePad 3 appears in its reader table. Before reader procurement or a launch commitment, obtain Stripe’s confirmation of preview access for the actual operator account and the proposed venue use.
CoreCharge’s matched technical route already combines WisePad 3 with the native Android rental application and Terminal SDK inside the cabinet. The reader uses the agreed USB data connection and receives power through the cabinet’s approved wiring, without an external merchant phone in normal use. This established integration does not imply a completed Croatian field deployment or permission for every unattended installation.
The operator buys and registers the eligible reader through its own local Stripe account. Stripe processes rental funds into that account; CoreCharge connects orders, dispensing, returns, rent rules and the dashboard.
Give every stop a service window
For an illustrative three-stop route, place the venue with the narrowest access window first, then the venue with the greatest expected stock movement. Confirm the final stop has time for a complete check before closing. Use actual access agreements and observed stock changes; do not rank venues by an assumed local demand figure.
| Route-sheet field | Record at each station | Action it enables |
|---|---|---|
| Access window | Entry times, local contact and cabinet access | A visit when inspection is possible |
| Physical identity | Venue code, cabinet serial and reader serial | The right parts and records for the unit |
| Inventory check | Usable banks, empty return slots and damaged units | A documented replenishment or removal |
| Connection check | Observed screen, reader readiness and dashboard status | A specific fault report rather than “offline” alone |
| Open issue | Owner, evidence and next review time | Follow-through after the service person leaves |
The sheet can be a controlled operator document. It is not a promise that route scheduling or automatic alerts are built into the dashboard. CoreCharge’s existing device, slot, battery and order views provide evidence for the person making the service decision.
Carry a counted service kit
List the approved spare banks, data cable and other authorised replacement items before departure. Log each addition, removal and transfer against the station. A bag of unrecorded spare batteries makes later stock differences harder to explain. Keep suspect equipment separate for inspection under the agreed service process.
Inspect customer reach, reader mounting and cable condition alongside stock. Follow the agreed hardware instructions; do not open payment-reader internals. Stripe’s Terminal integration checklist is a useful payment reference, while the operator’s sheet should also cover physical rental and return behaviour.
Close the loop after the route
Compare visit notes with the relevant orders and device records. Investigate a missing return event before correcting rent. Record which stations remain unavailable and how existing borrowers receive help. Network restoration should be checked, not treated as proof that every uncertain transaction recovered.
For service-area planning, see the dispersed-venue rollout guide. Pair the route sheet with the daily operating and reconciliation manual so physical visits and financial exceptions have separate owners.
Review CoreCharge reader-equipped stations, then request a Croatia service-route and configuration review with your venue list, access windows and account status.
