A video shows a card presented to a reader and a power bank leaving a cabinet. It is useful evidence of an observed sequence. On its own, it does not identify every configuration detail, prove that the returned battery ended the same rental or establish that a French operating site has been approved.

For a French power-bank rental purchase, request an evidence-review sheet alongside demonstration material. The aim is to connect each claim to an appropriate record and identify what still needs verification for the supplied project. A clear statement of scope is more useful than describing every video as a completed local case study.

Separate four kinds of evidence

Material What it can demonstrate What still needs separate verification
Original product photograph or artwork Visible cabinet structure and example presentation Final bill of materials, reader model and supplied specifications
Technical integration record Defined software and hardware working together under recorded conditions Country-specific account settings and intended installation
Sandbox demonstration Selected payment and rental paths in the stated test environment Actual production eligibility and local operating acceptance
Project-specific acceptance record Observed results for the identified supplied configuration Any untested payment method, exception or different site

Keep original example branding visible rather than presenting another configuration as the buyer’s installed fleet. A country name in an article is a planning topic, not evidence that the pictured equipment is already operating there. Ask which reader and controller were used, and which parts of the supplied order match the demonstration.

Ask the video to follow one identifiable rental

A useful recording begins with the applicable tariff and shows the reader interaction, battery release and return. Link it to a redacted rental reference and the relevant payment result. If the sequence uses separate clips, label them accurately and preserve the event references needed to establish continuity.

A return shown on camera should be compared with the recorded rental end and final amount. Do not accept a successful card display as proof that the guest received a usable battery, or a battery near a slot as proof of recognized return. The station acceptance manual provides the broader equipment checklist.

Keep test evidence inside its proper scope

Stripe’s Terminal testing guidance describes simulated readers and physical test-card tools. Use the appropriate test environment for simulated scenarios. Label demonstration material with its environment so a successful sandbox transaction is not represented as evidence of production funds received.

Where a production service is being accepted, follow the applicable Stripe rules and the agreed authorized process for genuine rental transactions. Do not fabricate live payments merely to manufacture a marketing result. Record what was actually observed and retain any remaining acceptance items openly.

Identify the French requirements still to be checked

Stripe’s France guidance lists WisePad 3, the French account and EUR route, and Cartes Bancaires integration conditions. A demonstration using another account or card network does not establish that those specific conditions have been met. Confirm the operator’s eligible local account, reader registration and actual enabled payment paths.

CoreCharge’s matched technical route runs the native Android rental application and Terminal SDK inside the cabinet, with WisePad 3 as the connected reader and no external cashier phone as the ordinary host. CoreCharge connects order, release, return and pricing; Stripe processes payments into the operator’s account. This completed matching work does not by itself prove every French site or fully unattended setting accepted.

Make the remaining evidence a delivery item

List missing observations, the party responsible and the planned acceptance stage. Keep sensitive card details, PINs and account secrets out of shareable recordings. The French customer-journey guide adds language and support checks that product footage may not show.

Review the CoreCharge reader-ready solution or request a demonstration scope and evidence checklist for a French project. Include the proposed cabinet, reader procurement plan and venue setting so the requested proof matches the decision being made.

References and project scope
